JAKARTA, SAWIT INDONESIA — Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) resmi menetapkan Harga Indeks Pasar (HIP) Bahan Bakar Nabati (BBN) untuk jenis biodiesel dan bioetanol periode September 2026. Kedua jenis bahan bakar ramah lingkungan tersebut mencatatkan kenaikan harga dibandingkan periode bulan sebelumnya.
Berdasarkan formulasi dan perhitungan kurs tengah Bank Indonesia, berikut adalah rincian penetapan HIP BBN September 2026:
- Biodiesel: Ditetapkan sebesar Rp15.025 per liter (ditambah ongkos angkut), naik dari periode Agustus 2026 yang sebesar Rp14.924 per liter.
- Formula hitung mengacu pada Kepmen ESDM No. 3.K/EK.05/DJE/2024 dengan rata-rata harga CPO KPB sebesar Rp15.746/kg, besaran konversi CPO ke biodiesel US/metrik ton, serta acuan kurs tengah BI sebesar Rp17.924 per US$.
- Bioetanol: Dipatok pada angka Rp11.814 per liter, meningkat dibanding bulan sebelumnya yang berada di level Rp11.695 per liter.
- Perhitungan menggunakan rata-rata harga tetes tebu KPB periode 15 Mei – 14 Agustus 2026 sebesar Rp1.775/kg, faktor konversi bahan baku US

Penyesuaian HIP BBN ini secara rutin dilakukan oleh pemerintah guna menyesuaikan dinamika harga komoditas mentah seperti kelapa sawit dan tetes tebu di pasar domestik maupun internasional.
