Jakarta, SAWIT INDONESIA - Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) mengumumkan harga indeks pasar (HIP) untuk bahan bakar nabati (BBN) jenis biodiesel dan bioetanol periode Juni 2026. Harga biodiesel tercatat turun, sedangkan bioetanol mengalami kenaikan.
Secara terperinci, HIP biodiesel Juni 2026 ditetapkan sebesar Rp14.643 per liter ditambah ongkos angkut. Angka ini turun dibanding HIP biodiesel Mei yang kala itu berada di angka Rp14.917 per liter ditambah ongkos angkut.
Sementara itu, besaran konversi crude palm oil (CPO) atau minyak sawit mentah menjadi biodiesel adalah sebesar US per metrik ton pada Mei 2026 ini. Angka tersebut masih tak berubah dari Desember 2025 lalu.
Adapun besaran HIP BBN jenis biodiesel dihitung berdasarkan ketentuan Diktum Kesatu Keputusan Menteri ESDM Nomor 3.K/EK.05/DJE/2024 tentang Harga Indeks Pasar Bahan Bakar Nabati Jenis Biodiesel yang Dicampurkan ke Dalam Bahan Bakar Minyak Jenis Minyak Solar dan besaran Ongkos Angkut berdasarkan ketentuan Lampiran I Keputusan Menteri ESDM Nomor 290.K/EK.05/MEM.E/2025.
Berdasarkan ketentuan tersebut, harga HIP BBN biodiesel diperoleh dari formula, HIP = (harga CPO KPB rata-rata + US per ton) x 870 kg per m³ + ongkos angkut.
Sementara itu, 870 kg per m³ adalah faktor satuan dari kilogram ke liter. Lalu, untuk konversi nilai kurs menggunakan rata-rata kurs tengah Bank Indonesia sebesar Rp17.444 per US$.
Adapun, HIP bioetanol dipatok Rp8.062 per liter untuk Juni 2026. Harga tersebut naik dibandingkan HIP bioetanol pada Mei 2026 yang sebesar Rp7.992 per liter.
Perhitungan HIP BBN bioetanol tersebut menggunakan formula yang telah ditetapkan, yaitu HIP = (harga tetes tebu KPB rata-rata periode 3 bulan x 4,125 kg per liter) + US
