Jakarta, SAWIT INDONESIA - Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) resmi merilis harga indeks pasar (HIP) untuk bahan bakar nabati (BBN) jenis biodiesel dan bioetanol yang berlaku sepanjang Agustus 2025. Ada kabar menarik: biodiesel mengalami kenaikan harga, sementara bioetanol justru turun tipis.
Untuk Agustus 2025, HIP biodiesel ditetapkan Rp13.527 per liter (belum termasuk ongkos angkut). Angka ini mengalami kenaikan dari posisi Juli yang sebesar Rp12.874 per liter.
Meski harga biodiesel naik, besaran konversi crude palm oil (CPO) ke biodiesel masih tetap sama, yakni US per metrik ton.
Perhitungan HIP biodiesel mengacu pada formula resmi Kementerian ESDM, yaitu: HIP = (Harga CPO KPB rata-rata + US per ton) x 870 kg/m³ + ongkos angkut. Adapun kurs yang digunakan adalah rata-rata kurs tengah Bank Indonesia, yakni Rp14.166 per US$.
Sementara itu, HIP bioetanol untuk Agustus ditetapkan Rp10.538 per liter, turun tipis dari bulan sebelumnya yang berada di angka Rp10.832 per liter.
Formula perhitungan HIP bioetanol adalah: HIP = (Harga tetes tebu KPB rata-rata 3 bulan x 4,125 kg/liter) + US
