JAKARTA, SAWIT INDONESIA - Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) resmi menetapkan Harga Indeks Pasar (HIP) Bahan Bakar Nabati (BBN) jenis biodiesel dan bioetanol untuk periode November 2026. Pergerakan harga pada bulan ini mencatatkan dinamika yang kontras, di mana HIP biodiesel mengalami penurunan tipis, sementara HIP bioetanol bergerak naik.
Kementerian ESDM menetapkan HIP BBN Biodiesel November 2026 sebesar Rp14.312 per liter ditambah ongkos angkut. Angka ini melandai dibandingkan posisi Oktober yang tercatat sebesar Rp15.072 per liter plus ongkos angkut. Besaran biaya konversi Crude Palm Oil (CPO) menjadi biodiesel bertahan stabil di angka US per metrik ton.
Sebaliknya, HIP BBN Bioetanol November 2026 dipatok sebesar Rp11.955 per liter, mengalami kenaikan tipis jika dibandingkan dengan penetapan Oktober yang berada di level Rp11.604 per liter.

Formulasi dan Parameter HIP BBN Biodiesel:
- Formula Perhitungan: HIP Biodiesel = (Harga CPO KPB Rata-rata + US/ton) x 870 kg/m3 + Ongkos Angkut.
- Rata-rata Harga CPO KPB: Terdata sebesar Rp14.926 per kg (periode 25 September – 24 Oktober 2026).
- Faktor Satuan Konversi: 870 kg/m3 (mengubah satuan kilogram ke liter).
- Asumsi Kurs BI: Rata-rata kurs tengah Bank Indonesia yang digunakan dalam kalkulasi biodiesel tercatat sebesar Rp17.942 per US$.
- Dasar Hukum: Diktum Kesatu Kepmen ESDM No. 3.K/EK.05/DJE/2024 serta ketetapan ongkos angkut merujuk Lampiran I Kepmen ESDM No. 290.K/EK.05/MEM.E/2025.
Formulasi dan Parameter HIP BBN Bioetanol:
- Formula Perhitungan: HIP Bioetanol = (Harga Tetes Tebu KPB Rata-rata 3 Bulan x 125 kg/liter) + 25/liter.
- Rata-rata Harga Tetes Tebu KPB: Sebesar Rp1.816 per kg (periode 15 Juli – 14 Oktober 2026).
- Faktor Satuan & Biaya Olah: 4,125 kg/lite sebagai konversi bahan baku, dan US
