Jakarta, SAWIT INDONESIA - Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) menetapkan harga indeks pasar (HIP) bahan bakar nabati (BBN) untuk periode September 2025. HIP biodiesel dipatok sebesar Rp13.948 per liter ditambah ongkos angkut, naik dari Agustus yang berada di level Rp13.527 per liter.
Konversi crude palm oil (CPO) menjadi biodiesel pada September 2025 masih ditetapkan sebesar US per metrik ton, sama seperti bulan sebelumnya. Penetapan HIP biodiesel ini merujuk pada Keputusan Menteri ESDM Nomor 3.K/EK.05/DJE/2024 serta ketentuan ongkos angkut dalam Keputusan Menteri ESDM Nomor 290.K/EK.05/MEM.E/2025.
Secara teknis, HIP biodiesel dihitung dengan formula: HIP = (harga CPO KPB rata-rata + US per ton) x 870 kg/m³ + ongkos angkut, dengan kurs tengah Bank Indonesia sebesar Rp14.645 per US$.
Sementara itu, harga indeks pasar untuk bioetanol justru mengalami penurunan. Pada September 2025, HIP bioetanol ditetapkan sebesar Rp9.613 per liter, lebih rendah dibanding Agustus yang mencapai Rp10.538 per liter.
Formula perhitungan HIP bioetanol adalah: HIP = (harga rata-rata tetes tebu KPB periode 15 Mei–14 Agustus 2025 x 4,125 kg per liter) + US

Dengan perubahan ini, harga biodiesel di pasar domestik mengalami kenaikan, sedangkan bioetanol justru terkoreksi turun pada periode September 2025.
